  • Maintenance of the company's statutory records;
  • Assisting in convening any Board Meetings of your company, including preparation of the agenda and minutes;
  • Assisting in maintaining the Company Registers in accordance with the Bahrain Commercial Companies Law;
  • Assisting in convening the Annual General Meeting of the company, including preparing the agenda and minutes as well as deputing our Consultants to act as proxies;
  • Assisting in convening any Ordinary or Extraordinary General Meetings of the company, including preparing the agenda and minutes as well as deputing our Consultants to act as proxies;
  • Filing the audited financial statements of the company with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (“MOIC”); and,
  • Assisting the company in replying to correspondence received from the MOIC.
